Su Lab
Membrane, phase separation, and
cancer immunity
The Su Lab focuses on transmembrane signaling during immune responses. Using combined approaches of biochemical reconstitution, high resolution microscopy, cell engineering, and animal models, we aim to understand how spatial and temporal organization of membrane receptors, lipids, and sugar chains regulates cell-cell interactions and immune cell activation. In particular, we are interested in revealing the role of biomolecular condensation in immune signaling. These knowledges are further leveraged for the development of new strategies for cancer immunotherapy. Read more about our research.
